PUBLIC

Changed: Added live Asgaard client config support through api/client-config.php. Live feature controls now refresh on app startup without requiring a Thorrent update check. Live feature controls now refresh every 5 minutes while Thorrent is open. Added a top-bar bell notification button for Asgaard admin messages. Bell notifications show title, message, date, and type/level. Added unread notification badge support. Added local read tracking for Asgaard notifications in settings.json. Added a friendly empty state when Asgaard has no notifications. Added Settings > About live config endpoint/status display. Added a manual Live Refresh button in Settings > About. Updated app version to v0.9.99.79. Updated README, changelog, and Windows console banner version. Fixed: Remote feature controls are no longer only update-check dependent. Plugins Browser still hides/blocks correctly when Asgaard disables plugins. Plugin browser/plugin actions still show: “Plugins are currently disabled by the Asgaard Team.” Streaming / Stream Preview still hides/disables controls when Asgaard disables streaming. Stream Preview startup and polling logic still blocks when streaming is disabled. If api/client-config.php fails or returns invalid data, Thorrent safely falls back to enabled features instead of confusing disabled behavior. Notes: Runtime test against Asgaard v27 once api/client-config.php is live. Confirm the final Asgaard notifications JSON fields match the supported shape. Visual check that the bell icon, unread badge, and notifications modal look good at normal and smaller window sizes. Test live enable/disable changes from Asgaard while Thorrent is already open.
